School Readiness Checklist
Are you and your little one ready for big school or getting ready to go back to school? Help them prepare and track their progress against key skills with the help of the Baby Soft® school readiness and back to school checklist.
You can use the checklist to set targets and mark off where they’re at on their journey to their first day. Stick it on their wall as a visual aid, letting them add a sticker or mark off each step they achieve – whether that’s tying their own shoes or using the toilet by themselves. Explain to them that it is a starting school checklist to help them get ready for their big day and involve them in every step of the way.
Every child is different and develops at their own pace so treat our school readiness checklist as a rough guide around the stage where they should be. After all, school is there for them to learn and develop new skills.
School Readiness Checklist
Our starting school checklist is a great way to reassure your child (and yourself) that they’ve got all the skills they need to begin big school. If you’re preparing well in advance, then it’s a great tool to set targets and track their journey preparing for school along the way. See what they can tick off on the list below…
